Prior to mold design we will study your part carefully and carry out the DFM (design for manufacturability) process. Also we will provide our customer the feedback on possible quality issues or areas in need of improvement.
We can carry out the Mold-Flow Analysis prior to mold layout as well. This allows us to study the plastic injection molding process better and to ptimize the design or plastic parts and injection molds.
Use the 2D software of Auto CAD to design the detailed mold structure, including the BOM list. Prior to cutting metal for the mold, we must to get the mold design be approved by our customer.
Every mold is designed in full 3D solids.
COMPLETE 2D COMPONENTS DRAWING:
Every 2D component drawing is transferred from its 3D model and every mold component will be made exactly as same as the drawing.
